Returns for Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds
We want you to love all of the Chevelure pieces you purchase, and we allow you to return things that don’t match your expectations.
Terms
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
- Customers must provide order details, bank transfer information, and photos/videos of the product’s condition to the online customer service team before returning Products.
- Customers will bear the shipping costs for any returns.
- Chevelure is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Please keep a record of tracking information when sending back a product.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time for exchanges, store credit, or refunds is typically 30 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock and fabric availability.
- Products must be purchased directly from Chevelure.co through an active customer account to be eligible for return.
- Wearing & Washing Items
- When returning Products: Items must be new condition, unused, unwashed, and with the tag attached in order to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Promotional discounts: Any discount codes applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges or subsequent orders.
